Shaman Trainer: ... and that's how you purge enemy buffs off them, pretty cool huh? Hunter: Very, I'll have to use that on my Arcane shot Shaman Trainer: Wait no, you can't do that I was just kidding, okay? Hunter: Do you know where the warrior trainer is? My aimed shot is lacking "oomph"
I'm just curious on who else is with me in having a hell of a time even deciding on a side (alliance/horde) and/or a class. I redownloaded WoW, and I'm downloading the latest patch as we speak. My problem right now? I can't decide what class. I'm the type who wants to spend my time on one - because in about 4 months my first child will be here, and at that point I'm not really going to be playing anymore. So I don't want to spend all my time in the same zones leveling up a few different classes. Then I always tend to get bored with a class around 20 or so. Perhaps it's that I feel rather strong until the 20's, and then I hit zones that make my class feel week (which happened with my Mage, Druid, and Warrior). The ones I do stick out (like my Hunter and Priest) I just start to get tired of their flaws. I wish this game had a "create a class" where I could pick skill sets as I leveled and basically create my own class based on what I want - instead of being stuck with what Blizzard thinks each class should be. Anyway - anyone have a hell of a time ever settling on a specific class?
det, my priest was actually exalted with Stormwind by level 38, and having that bleed through rep actually helped cut down on the questing needed for the other factions. I went all the way through honored and halfway to revered with Exodar and Gnomeregan just through bleed through reputation gain. I just kind of decided the other day to start collecting the other faction's mount, so I wasn't doing any preparation beforehand. As for starting a new character....eush. Maybe when I finally recover from my questing binge I'll have the strength of mind to get a gnome exalted with Exodar and tool around on a big purple elephant. I think that would look so funny... nosoup4crr, if you can get to Azuremyst Isle, I recommend taking your mage there. There are some quest givers at Odesyus Landing that give rep to Stormwind, Darnassus and Ironforge. I forgot about them and went back the other day and got a bunch of rep just from doing those quests. One quest from the night elf gave 500 Darnassus rep. Otherwise, just as det says, doing all the low level quests in Teldrassil and so on
