Facts about the AV change

The Horde starting point being placed farther back is actually very slightly a horde buff, since it leads to puggers more naturally defending the Iceblood chokepoint, which is the primary winning strategy the Horde uses. Pug on pug, this has increased the win ratio of the horde by a fair margin in my battlegroup; Its not going about 45/55 Alliance/Horde in AV, up from 85/15 pre-patch. This is a good thing, as alliance queue times have dropped from 45 minutes to 6 minutes.

That said, this has been a direct buff to the Alliance in all three other battlegrounds; the hardcore Horde PVPers now see a reason to queue for AV, meaning the likelyhood of running into them in the other three has actually gone down signifigantly in the other BG's. This has caused the Alliance win ratio to shoot up in the other battlegrounds to 50/50, which combined with the nerf to premade farming, has made them alot more fun.

I've been in two dozen winning WSG's and AB's in the last 2 days PuG on PuG, with all but one of the losing ones being very close (example: 1940/2000 AB's, and 3:2 WSG's at 45 minutes). Ask any Alliance out there how often in a pug on pug situation they could expect a win before this patch. Hell, just look at the QQ on the forums about it, that should be enough of an answer for you.

TL:DR: Stop whining.
